I'm in the market for a digital camcorder to compliment my helmet cam. Criteria are:
Reasonably compact, must be hand-holdable
Water-resistant (waterproof would be even better)
Records on SD/SDHC cards (which is what my helmet cam recorder uses)
Slow-motion would be desirable
The Sanyo VPC-WH1 seemed attractive, but there are compatability questions with the recording format - it sounds like you can't edit the footage with standard programs like Microsoft Movie Maker or Adobe Premiere.
Any other suggestions? There are some new waterproof Panasonic cameras, but I don't think they're available until later this month.
