Tahoe Sports Fitness & NASTC Workout

This Thursday NASTC will continue work with Tahoe Center for Sports Fintess to prepare for the upcoming season and our trip to South America.

This weeks workout sessioin will be on Thursday, August 9 at 2 pm. If you would like to join us please gives us a call.

The dates are set for the Certified Ski Movement Coach on Nov. 26-28 and Performance Ski Workshop on Dec. 2-3. Both of these are new this season! Both of these are going to be great workshops to get ready for the season.
