Jumpstart Your Ski Conditioning!!
NASTC is hosting a 3 day Dryland training course Oct 4-6 that will, not only kickstart your ski conditioning but it will also give you a focus for the rest of your pre-season workouts. During the Dryland Training course, you will receive a Functional Movement Screen, learn a dynamic stretch routine that will help increase performance, go through agility drills and plyometric exercises. Additionally the course will help build you endurance with activities outdoors such as inline skating and mtn. biking. You will come away from the course with an exercise routine and prescription to address your individual weakness in mobility and stability (which are essential to increasing your performance level).
