AT HOW THE NASTC TRAINERS GET READY FOR THE SKI SEASON.
(Each trainer has their own outdoor training program including hiking,
biking, paddling, running, rockclimbing, basketball, and tennis. All
of these activities help them maintain their cardiovascular fitness.
This dryland workout serves as a foundation for good athletic movements
and performance.)
