NASTC is so fond of St. Anton! Feb. 18-26, 2005, we returned to this skiers heaven and were blessed with 2' of cold powder the day we arrived. Bluebird skies followed and that allowed us literally ski anything and everything! St. Anton is know as the birthplace of ski instruction. It was a week of excellent conditions, long descents in epic powder, small groups led by Victor and Chris (both multi-term Demo Team members), delicious meals (and desserts to die for!), spectacular views that naturally awaken the life force in everyone, and a lively, bonded group that all made notable improvements in their turns. This is what NASTC is made of!

The stunning views of a powder day on Rendl in St. Anton with Victor's group.

A well deserved group dinner after a big day of skiing and a long hike to the restaurant. How would you like to eat a hamhock?!

An alternate way down the mountain from the Rodel Hutte restaurant...its Howard!

NASTC Director and former resident of St Anton, Chris Fellows, pointing out the various routes and finding the best powder!
  • Fred from New York says, "Words cannot express how much fun I have on these trips!"
  • Jo from London shared with us that she enjoyed the "Great instruction - and an intensive courses so [she] learned a lot. Overall a fantastic vacation!"
  • In our maiden voyage Howard noted that "NASTC should come here every year." He could not resist coming back with us this round, too!
