UPDATE ON OUR SKATE TO SKI DRYLAND TRAINING, OCT 11-13, 2003

The 2003 Skate to Ski Dryland Training was a fun success for 15 NASTC students who enjoyed the beautiful fall Tahoe weather during our annual in-line skating clinics, stretching and Pilates sessions, and plyometric and injury prevention training. Many were surprised to learn the close relationship skiing has to in-line skating, especially with the latest technology in in-line skates(see photo). Everyone "rolled" away with better knowledge on training tactics and a spiced-up cross training routine. Now all are waiting for the snow to return.

For those of you who cannot wait to ski, NEXT month we are kicking off our 10th season at Whistler-Blackcomb and one week later we will be at Sugar Bowl, CA. Jumpstart your season with expert training, mileage, and a lot of fun! Email or phone us today to sign up. Space is limited.

We experienced the newest in in-line skate technology with "The Harb Carver." Now you really feel like you are on ski edges!!
